A customer in Libya became very interested in our fruit frame moulds. The customer had his own injection molding machine and wanted to customize a set of fruit frame molds according to specific sizes to meet the local market demand for high-quality fruit frames.
The customer provided their desired fruit frame size and specifications and asked us to design and manufacture a set of molds that would fit into their existing injection molding machine. They expected the mold to be able to produce strong, durable fruit frames with precise dimensions, while also requiring the mold to be easy to operate and maintain.
In order to meet customer needs, our technical team conducted detailed design planning based on the dimensions provided by customers. We selected high-quality mold materials and advanced processing technology to ensure the durability and accuracy of the molds. At the same time, we have also optimized the structure of the mold to make it easy to install, debug and maintain.
During the mold manufacturing process, we maintain close communication with our customers and provide timely feedback on production progress and problems encountered. After the mold is completed, we provide customers with detailed instructions and technical support to ensure that they can successfully use the mold for production.
After receiving the mold, the customer quickly installed it on their injection molding machine and started trial production. After a period of trial operation, customers reported that the mold's performance exceeded their expectations. The fruit frames produced by the mold are accurate in size and beautiful in appearance, and the production efficiency is significantly improved. This not only meets the local market demand for high-quality fruit frames, but also wins more business opportunities for customers.
