The injection molding production line, custom-ordered by our Mexico client for manufacturing plastic buckets, has now completed all manufacturing phases and passed rigorous in-house trial testing. With all performance metrics meeting client specifications, the equipment is fully prepared and ready for shipment

Machines below 560 tons are shipped as a whole unit, while machines above 560 tons need to be disassembled for transportation. The machine shown in the photo is a 650-ton unit and must be split into two parts for shipment.

Before shipping, DOAN will conduct the mold trial to ensure both the machine and the mold are functioning properly. If needed, trial samples can also be sent to the customer. Shipment will only proceed after the product quality is confirmed
