Recently, the custom food container production line built for our customer has completed the manufacturing of all machinery and molds and has officially entered the pre-shipment trial molding stage.
Food container products have high requirements for dimensional accuracy, wall thickness uniformity, and surface cleanliness. The purpose of trial molding is to fully verify the operational stability of the equipment before it leaves our facility, ensuring that customers can start production smoothly upon receipt.

Simply put, it ensures that every piece of equipment leaving our factory has been fully validated. Any potential issues can be identified and resolved on our side, saving customers valuable time and costs during on-site commissioning. This is how we turn responsibility into action.

During the trial molding process, we focus on the following key aspects:
A. Dimensional accuracy: Dimensional accuracy: Inspect the length, width, depth, and edge fit of the containers to ensure proper sealing compatibility with matching lids.
B. Wall thickness distribution: Analyze thickness data across different areas to avoid weakness from excessive thinness or material waste from excessive thickness.
C. Surface quality: Check for smoothness, flow marks, or bubbles on the product surface, ensuring the finished appearance meets usage requirements.
D. Production efficiency: The line achieves a cycle time of just 6 seconds per shot, delivering high output while maintaining product quality. This level of efficiency helps customers reduce per-unit costs and increase overall productivity.
DOAN team carefully records and analyzes every step, leaving no detail overlooked. We believe thorough pre-shipment verification is our true commitment to customers. Final adjustments will be made to ensure the line is delivered in stable, reliable condition.
