Focus On Industry Trends And Deliver Green Technology
Recently, a custom cap production line built for our customer has reached an important milestone: all machinery and molds have been completed, and the pre-shipment trial molding has been successfully carried out.
Why conduct trial molding before shipment? Simply put, it's about verifying everything before the equipment leaves our facility and resolving any potential issues in our own workshop. Specifically, it serves the following purposes:
A. Verify compatibility: Ensure that the machinery and molds work together smoothly in actual operation, avoiding any mismatch issues after delivery.
B. Ensure product quality: Inspect sample bottle caps for critical indicators such as dimensional accuracy, sealing performance, and surface finish, so that customers can produce qualified products right away upon receipt.
C. Identify issues early: Detect and resolve problems within our factory, saving customers additional time and costs associated on-site troubleshooting.
D. Document process parameters: Record optimal settings for temperature, pressure, cycle time, etc., and deliver them along with the equipment to shorten the customer's on-site commissioning period.
The trial molding is progressing smoothly, with all equipment performing well and sample quality meeting expectations. This not only validates our in-house capabilities in machinery and mold manufacturing but also lays a solid foundation for final delivery.
DOAN has always believed that a reliable production line comes from repeated verification of every detail. Next, DOAN team will make final optimizations based on the trial molding data to ensure the entire line is delivered to the customer in optimal condition.
