Trial Molding for Egg Tray Production Line

Recently, the custom egg tray production line built for our customer has completed the manufacturing of all machinery and molds, and is now undergoing pre-shipment trial molding as scheduled.
Products like egg trays require high precision in molding and uniform material distribution. The core purpose of trial molding is to optimize the operating performance before the equipment leaves our facility, ensuring stable production for the customer upon delivery.

DOAN trial molding focuses on three key aspects:

A. Molding integrity: Check whether each tray cavity is fully formed with clean edges, avoiding short shots or deformation.

B. Thickness consistency: Sample and measure to ensure uniform wall thickness across all sections of the tray, guaranteeing reliable load-bearing strength in use.

C. Smooth demolding: Verify the coordination between the mold ejection system and the machine, reducing the risk of product sticking or damage during demolding.

The trial molding is progressing steadily, with the technical team continuously fine-tuning process parameters based on on-site data. Any issues identified are resolved immediately—no uncertainty is left for the customer.
