Wide-Mouth Preform Production Line Passes Trial Molding

From the shores of the Caspian Sea to our factory in China -- this Turkmenistan client came for a site visit, placed an order, and now has returned once again, all to witness the production line they ordered in action.

Recently, all machinery and molds for this wide-mouth preform production line were completed. The client made a special trip to our factory to participate in the pre-shipment trial molding and inspection.

DOAN technical team started up the machines and ran a complete sample cycle, from raw material to finished preforms. The client stood by the machines, checking for uniform wall thickness, complete threads, and a clean bottom gate. Random samples were taken and measured one by one with calipers and inspection tools.

A. The equipment ran continuously with smooth motion; mold opening and closing were precise with no sticking.

B. The preform cycle time was stable, meeting expected efficiency targets.

C.  The control interface was clean and simple; the customer's technicians tried operating it on the spot and quickly got the hang of it.

The client expressed satisfaction with the on-site inspection results, fully affirming the equipment's operating condition and sample quality. After the inspection, the client had an in-depth discussion with our sales team and decided on the spot to add a new project.

The client's return visit and on-site approval are the best validation of our work. And this additional project is the greatest recognition of our trustworthiness.
