DOAN factory is currently conducting trial molding validation for an entire 1.5L & 3L food bucket production line custom-designed for our Algerian client.
Trial molding is the crucial leap every mold takes from blueprint to mass production—and it is also a critical milestone for the entire production line, from installation and commissioning to stable operation. Inside the injection molding workshop, this single-cavity mold is running steadily on a 250T injection molding machine. Opening, closing, injection, cooling, ejection—every movement is being repeatedly verified under the close watch of our technical team. Simultaneously, the entire production line—from injection molding to downstream auxiliary processes—is undergoing integrated commissioning.

DOAN ARRANGEMENT
Before shipping, DOAN will conduct the mold trial to ensure both the machine and the mold are functioning properly. If needed, trial samples can also be sent to the customer. Shipment will only proceed after the product quality is confirmed.
The DOAN team has been involved every step of the way—from production line planning and mold design to precision machining, assembly, and on-site commissioning. Currently, the entire production line is being validated as a complete system, ensuring seamless integration from molding to downstream operations.
