1.5L food bucket Injection Molding Production Shipped To Algeria

Prior to leaving our factory, we conducted a full trial molding run for the 1.5L food bucket project on the 250T injection molding machine. The trial confirmed smooth coordination between the machine and mold, as well as stable production cycles. All samples produced during the trial were tested and verified to meet stringent quality requirements.

After the samples were sent to our Algerian customer, they carried out their own independent testing and evaluation. Once the quality was confirmed to fully meet their specifications, the customer gave us the green light to proceed with shipment.

The entire production line (including the 250T machine, molds, and auxiliary equipment) has been thoroughly cleaned, rust-proofed, and securely packed. The equipment is now loaded and shipped by sea. The shipment also includes operation manuals, spare parts lists, and detailed trial molding process parameter records to facilitate quick setup and startup upon arrival.

From order placement to manufacturing, from trial molding to sample confirmation, and finally to shipment – every step has been carried out with the customer's needs and quality expectations in mind. DOAN ARRANGEMENT:

Before shipment, DOAN will conduct a mold trial to ensure both the equipment and the mold are functioning properly. If needed, trial samples can be sent to the customer, or the customer may visit for an on-site inspection and acceptance. Shipment will proceed only after the product quality has been confirmed.

After arrival:

After the shipment arrives at the destination port, DOAN engineering team will be deployed to the customer's site. DOAN will assist with unloading, installation, machine leveling, mold mounting, and full system commissioning.

In addition, DOAN will provide on-site training for the customer's operators and maintenance staff, covering daily operation, parameter adjustment, mold changes, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. DOAN goal is to ensure that the customer can start production smoothly and independently as soon as possible.
